Join University of Guelph, Wilfrid Laurier University, University of Waterloo, and Western University on the second Southwestern Ontario Universities Tour.

Accommodations
Counsellors will stay at one of Waterloo's campus undergraduate residence. This residence offers private, air-conditioned rooms, furnished with a single bed, linens, desk, and chair. You will also have access to the Common Lounges with kitchenettes on each floor and wi-fi.
At Guelph, counsellors will stay in one of the 12 student residences available on campus. All rooms are furnished with single beds, linens, desks and dressers and enjoy access to common living spaces and washrooms. Wi-fi and 24-hour desk coverage will be available to assist you during your stay.
Expenses
The host universities will provide, at no cost to you, the following:
- transportation to and from the Toronto Pearson International airport while in Canada
- accommodations for the duration of the tour
- meals
- transportation between campuses for the duration of the tour
- transportation from Toronto to the International Association for College Admission Counseling (International ACAC 2017) Conference
Participants will be responsible for arranging their own travel to Toronto Pearson International airport.
It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel/health insurance for the duration of their stay in Canada.
Fee
To confirm your registration for the Southwestern Ontario Universities Tour a $50 CAD refundable deposit will be requested.
Your registration will be confirmed via e-mail once the deposit has been received. The full deposit will be refunded upon completion of Southwestern Ontario Universities Tour programming.
