Determined to Thrive in partnership with Heroic Minds is an open conversation about the opportunity we have to take control of our mental well-being. This panel discussions will feature Dan Wolczuk, UWaterloo faculty member; a UWaterloo student; Tara Hebblethwaite, a UWaterloo alumna and Ryan McDonough, community member. These individuals will share their stories of their determination to thrive in the face of mental health adversities. This presentation challenges the current mental wellness dialogue. It is a call to action for every listener to realize we have the ability within us and the tools around us to enhance how we feel. Feeling good isn’t something we should wait around for, it is something we should take control of ourselves, and we can. Join our host Ben Fanelli and our impressive panel members to discuss inspirational stories, tactics, resources and more.
