Event Details
Building on the momentum of the first Waterloo ExL Symposium held in 2018, this event will highlight experiential learning (EL) initiatives and associated supports on campus. The Symposium is geared towards Waterloo community members who want to implement or enhance experiential learning within a course or program. Hear from faculty members who have redeveloped a course to include community partners, learn more about the Ministry of Colleges and Universities’ definition of experiential learning, explore how technology can support the creation of EL experiences, network with colleagues and more.
The Waterloo ExL Symposium is free to attend for all University of Waterloo community members and includes lunch.
