The University of Waterloo Faculty of Arts Convocation takes place in the Physical Activities Complex (PAC) and is where graduate diplomas will be given when degrees are conferred. We strongly recommend participation in both of these celebrations!\\n\\nThe following ticket order form may be used by SJU graduates to register for  TWO COMPLIMENTARY GUEST TICKETS for the  St. Jerome’s University Graduation Ceremony only, taking place on  Sunday, June 11, 2023 | 2:30 p.m. | St. Jerome's University, SJ2\\/Academic Centre Atrium. \\n\\n\\nHOW TO REGISTER\\n\\nSJU graduates using this ticket order form will be asked the following questions:\\n\\n\\n\\tName and email address to confirm the name of the graduate registering their guests.\\n\\tGuests - The names\\/email addresses of up to two guests attending the event.\\n\\tImage release - A professional photographer will be on site for this event. All images will be owned by St. Jerome's University. If your guests prefer not to be featured in any photographs, please let us know.  To read more about Image Release Permission please see below.\\n\\tAccessibility - Please let us know if you have an accessibility requirement associated with your guest's  participation in this event. \\n\\tAdditional Guest Seats Requested - Please identify if you would like to be put on the waitlist if more guest seats become available.  \\n\\n\\n\\n\\nInterested in Additional Seats?\\nSpace is limited in the SJ2\\/Academic Centre and each graduate is being provided two guest seats with their registration. General admission seating will be available to guests who sign in at the Welcome Desk located at the main entrance to SJ2.  Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. Ushers will be seating guests on a first-come, first-served basis. \\n\\nWe will be processing graduate requests for additional seats following the May 19th registration deadline. If additional guest seats are available,  graduates that identified on this form that they would like additional seats will be notified using the contact information provided during registration. \\n\\nPlease note that while the majority of our guest seats have clear views of the entire stage, some guest seats may have some sightline obstructions due to the building layout.\\n \\n\\nAGENDA\\n1:30 p.m.        Welcome Table opens at the SJ2 Academic Centre main entrance.\\n\\n                              Registered graduates will be directed to go to the Residence Gymnasium to pick up their gown, take                                            photos in the photo booth, connect with friends, and prepare for the ceremony procession.\\n\\n                              Registered guests will be signed in using their registration information and guided by ushers to general                                       admission seating in the SJ2\\/Academic Centre Atrium.\\n\\n2:25 p.m.          Academic Procession into SJ2\\/Academic Centre Atrium.\\n\\n2:30 p.m.         Graduation Ceremony begins.\\n                              A group photo with graduates will take place on the steps outside of SJ1 following the ceremony.\\n                              Guests are welcome to join graduates taking photos on campus and in the photo booth located                                                    in the Gymnasium,  before returning their gown and enjoying light refreshments in the Doug Letson                                          Community Centre on campus. \\n\\u200b\\n\\nParking\\nLimited complementary parking will be available in the St. Jerome's University's parking lots. Please refer to the parking information on the University of Waterloo website to determine parking options for this event, should the SJU lots be full on June 11th when you arrive. \\n \\n\\nImage Release Permission\\n\\nBy indicating AGREE in the form included in this registration, you irrevocably consent to and authorize the use by St. Jerome’s University, its officers and employees, of your image, voice and\\/or likeness. The University shall have the right to photograph, publish, adapt, exhibit, perform, reproduce, edit, distribute, display or otherwise use your image, voice and\\/or likeness in connection with any product or service in all materials, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for University’s products or services, as long as there is no intent to use the image, voice and\\/or likeness in a disparaging manner.
