Students intending to apply in the upcoming competitions are encouraged to attend this fall session. \\n\\nThe focus of this workshop will be academic in nature and will provide an opportunity for applicants to receive advice\\/feedback from faculty members and postdoctoral scholars related to their CV, lay abstract and\\/or research proposal. Writing experts will also be available to provide information about supports available. Students can be at any stage in the application process. \\n\\nAnother session, Creating a Competitive Graduate Scholarship Application, will be held September 9th, providing early guidance so that applicants can come prepared to seek feedback September 25.  Don't hesitate to attend even if you don't have a polished draft - students at all stages of the application will benefit from attending.\\n\\nThis is an in-person event.  Registration is required. A pizza dinner will be available. \\n\\n\\nAccessibility: \\n\\nGraduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs and the University of Waterloo are committed to achieving barrier-free accessibility for persons with disabilities who are visiting, studying, or working at Waterloo.
