The Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo is North America's only dedicated Faculty of Mathematics and it is nationally and internationally recognized as one of the top schools for Mathematics and Computer Science.

Currently there are over 8,000 undergraduate students in the Faculty of Mathematics with over 90% of students admitted to a co-op program. Our co-op students come from a diverse range of academic disciplines, bringing skills from programs such as Computer Science, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science.
